Technical Product Manager

The organization is seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead a key strategic initiative focused on Prioritization & System Analysis. This role is central to reshaping how developers handle vulnerabilities in legacy language runtimes, enabling secure, timely, and low-disruption patching across complex data ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Ownership & Vision:
- Lead the roadmap for patching and securing end-of-life versions of languages like PHP, Java, Python, etc.
- Architect systems that prioritise vulnerabilities using real-world telemetry, CVE feeds, and exploit activity.
- System & Data Analysis:
- Perform deep system analysis to understand data flow, dependencies, and security blind spots.
- Use insights to build and prioritize a backlog of risk-ranked vulnerabilities.
- Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Client Success, Security Research, and Release teams to ensure alignment.
- Facilitate clear communication of system architecture, performance impacts, and product goals.
- Customer-Centric Strategy:
- Engage directly with clients to learn their business workflows and pain points.
- Demonstrate the business value of technical solutions and secure patching approaches.
- Secure Development & CI/CD Integration:
- Use knowledge of language runtimes, package managers, and CI/CD pipelines to guide internal tooling.
- Promote and measure the adoption of secure development practices.
- Go-To-Market & Impact:
- Translate technical insights into clear value propositions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Build and execute go-to-market plans with metrics tied to adoption, client success, and security outcomes.
Core Requirements:
- 4–6 years in system analysis or similar technical/product roles.
- Strong technical background in:
- Relational/NoSQL/Graph databases
- SQL and system design
- Complex data flows and system dependencies
- Analytical excellence, combining quantitative and qualitative insights to inform priorities.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on business value and long-term architecture health.
- Client-centric approach, able to uncover deep technical needs and build solutions accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills—both technical and storytelling-oriented.
- Comfort with ambiguity, able to make quick, data-informed product decisions.
