Pareto is seeking a Solutions Engineer to work closely with Sales, Operations, Customer Success, and Engineering teams. In this role, you’ll creatively build, prototype, and implement customized solutions for enterprise customers by leveraging Pareto’s innovative technology offerings. You will be a crucial link between customer challenges and product capabilities, ensuring smooth project delivery, technical alignment, and transformative results.

✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Prototype tailored solutions using company tools and technologies.
  • Deliver product demos and presentations to demonstrate proposed solutions.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, engineering, operations, customer success) for seamless delivery.
  • Maintain expert-level understanding of the company’s products and technologies.
  • Gather customer feedback to drive product improvements.

🧠 Key Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, solutions engineering, software development, or customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in Django and Django Rest Framework.
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL or SQL.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Experience collaborating with product managers and designers.
