Head of Creative Operations

You’ll be the architect of Superside’s creative delivery systems, designing workflows, tools, and enablement programs that help global creative teams work faster, smarter, and with consistent quality. This is part operations strategist, part systems builder, and part team enabler.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Workflow Design & Optimization
  • Build and refine end-to-end creative processes to boost speed, quality, and consistency.
  • Audit existing systems, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable improvements.
  • Tooling & Enablement
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Creative leads to roll out new tools, templates, and AI-powered systems.
  • Define and manage creative service specifications, deliverable requirements, and pricing logic.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, and internal platforms.
  • Documentation & Training
  • Create playbooks, guidelines, and support docs for smooth operations.
  • Lead onboarding and skill enablement for cross-functional teams (Sales, CSM, Creative).
  • Partner with L&D to improve ramp-up and adoption of new processes.
  • Cross-Team Implementation
  • Support launches of new services or tools across multiple teams.
  • Ensure alignment between departments and monitor adoption.
  • Scoping & Budgeting
  • Manage project estimation tools and budget templates for accurate resource planning.

✅ What You Need

  • Experience: 3+ years in Creative Ops, DesignOps, or Program Management.
  • Knowledge: Strong grasp of creative workflows, design tools, and production pipelines.
  • Skills:
  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Training delivery (live + documentation).
  • Operational problem-solving and process design.
  • Bonus:
  • Background in design or creative project management.
  • Experience with AI-assisted creative services and pricing models.
