Graphic Designer
As a Graphic Designer, you’ll create visually engaging and brand-aligned materials that support marketing, advertising, and web initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with copywriters, PPC teams, and producers to translate ideas into high-performing visuals across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design static and animated ad banners, email campaigns, and social media posts.
- Create logos, brand guides, icons, and illustrations from scratch.
- Produce print materials (brochures, business cards, letterheads) and website mockups for desktop and mobile.
- Collaborate with producers and copywriters to achieve client goals through clear, impactful design.
- Present designs to clients professionally and prepare organized project files.
- Ensure timely delivery of all creative work according to CT’s quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Mastery of video and photo editing software (Adobe Suite preferred).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating work on ads, emails, social posts, and branding.
- Understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time (9am–6pm PST) and perform well under tight deadlines.
- Reliable workstation with strong internet connection.
Preferred / Bonus Skills
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp.
- Familiarity with Basecamp, QuickBooks, and Google Docs.
- Skills in motion graphics (Adobe Premiere, After Effects) or illustration.
- Experience in digital marketing or advertising agencies.
