Key Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Develop tailored strategies aligned with diverse business needs, including hospitality and recruiting.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from audience targeting and media buying to reporting and optimization.
• Monitor performance daily, analyze data, and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Recommend budget allocation, pacing, and investment strategies based on performance insights.
• Serve as the internal expert on paid media trends, formats, and best practices.
• Present clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Build and test independent hypotheses to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Manage external agencies, ensuring accountability and alignment with strategy.
• Collaborate with creative teams to guide the development of effective ad assets.
Ideal Candidate
• 5+ years of experience in paid social marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
• Proven success managing large-scale campaign budgets ($550K–$1M) with measurable outcomes.
• Strong hands-on experience with platforms like Meta and TikTok Ads.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive optimization strategies.
• Confident communicator, able to present insights to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in managing multiple campaigns while maintaining performance and deadlines.
• Self-driven, strategic thinker with the ability to execute independently.
• Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
