Analyst, Strategic Asset Management
As a strategic asset management analyst you’ll own portfolio reporting and insight generation to improve performance and guide decisions for high-priority partnerships. You’ll build and evolve Tableau dashboards, develop financial models, analyze property-level results, and coordinate cross-functional projects—confidently engaging homeowners, realtors, and internal stakeholders with clear, data-driven recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Associate Director with analysis, reporting, and ad-hoc projects for strategic partnerships
- Build, enhance, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports; identify new reporting opportunities and lead visualization improvements
- Analyze results, track variances, surface trends, and recommend actionable strategies
- Monitor daily property-level performance; flag risks and opportunities across revenue, occupancy, expenses, and NOI
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting revenue, occupancy, expenses, and NOI
- Manage cross-functional projects end to end, including owner decks, financial reviews, and weekly performance reporting
- Partner with internal teams to optimize portfolio performance and deliver actionable insights
- Prepare and present clear, data-driven reports to internal leaders, property owners, and executives
- Lead solutions-oriented conversations with homeowners and realtors, backed by solid analysis
- Continuously refine tools, workflows, and reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy
Ideal Candidate
- 2–5 years in finance, consulting, asset management, or related field; real estate or hospitality experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Strategic thinker who can evaluate scenarios, anticipate outcomes, and guide decisions beyond the numbers
- Self-starter with a bias for action; comfortable driving enterprise-level reporting and operational improvements
- Advanced Excel and strong Tableau skills with a track record of building and optimizing reporting solutions
- Proven project management across multiple stakeholders and deliverable types (financials, decks, communications, data reports)
- Excellent communication and influence skills; able to build trust and drive alignment
- Systems savvy: expert in Microsoft Excel and Tableau; experience with other BI tools is a plus
