As a brand and marketing designer you’ll own and elevate the brand’s visual presence across every marketing channel. You’ll turn briefs into clear, on-brand creative that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion, partnering closely with Marketing and Product Marketing. This role blends craft and strategy: brand systems, campaign concepts, motion, and production-ready assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines (typography, color, imagery, components) across web, social, email, ads, sales enablement, and events.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints and formats.
  • Translate campaign briefs into high-performing creative for web, paid, lifecycle, and content marketing.
  • Design ads, social graphics, emails, landing visuals, sales decks, one-pagers, infographics, and event collateral.
  • Adapt and optimize assets per platform and placement.
  • Partner with Marketing/PMM on concepts, messaging alignment, and go-to-market visuals.
  • Package organized files, templates, and documentation for smooth handoff and reuse.
  • Ship on time, manage priorities, and uphold high craft in a fast-paced environment.
  • Introduce modern, user-centered visual approaches informed by data and best practices.
  • Explore motion graphics and multimedia to enhance storytelling.
  • Iterate based on performance signals while protecting brand integrity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years professional design experience in B2B SaaS or tech marketing.
  • Portfolio showing diverse web and marketing work (digital + print), including SaaS examples.
  • Advanced Figma proficiency (components, libraries, responsive/layout systems).
  • Skilled in Canva, Adobe Premiere, After Effects (or comparable tools).
  • Strong graphic, layout, presentation, event, and web design foundation.
  • Experience producing infographics, marketing visuals, and sales materials.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CMS, WordPress, and basic HTML/CSS (Storyblok a plus).
  • Understanding of responsive and accessible design principles.
  • Excellent typography and composition; clear communicator and collaborator.
  • Comfortable working remote/async; able to manage multiple priorities.
