You’ll help bridge the gap between client needs and software development teams by translating business goals into clear, actionable solutions. This role combines communication, problem-solving, and collaboration, focusing on gathering requirements, supporting project alignment, and ensuring software solutions meet both technical and business expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to understand business needs, project goals, and operational challenges.
  • Translate client requirements into clear documentation and actionable tasks for software engineers.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure alignment on project objectives, constraints, and user expectations.
  • Develop and maintain functional specifications, use cases, flow diagrams, and project documentation.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates with clients and internal teams.
  • Identify and help resolve project issues, blockers, and process gaps throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and development teams to maintain smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Gather post-launch feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for products and processes.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Naturally curious, organized, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable learning new technologies and software development concepts.
  • Ability to analyze challenges and recommend practical, effective solutions.
  • General understanding of software development processes and workflows.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage responsibilities in a remote work environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to support cross-functional teams effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or data visualization platforms.
  • Interest in Agile software development environments and project coordination.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing, operations, or technology-related roles is a plus

  • Must be U.S.-based and authorized to work without sponsorship.
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across distributed teams.
