Business Analyst
You’ll help bridge the gap between client needs and software development teams by translating business goals into clear, actionable solutions. This role combines communication, problem-solving, and collaboration, focusing on gathering requirements, supporting project alignment, and ensuring software solutions meet both technical and business expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to understand business needs, project goals, and operational challenges.
- Translate client requirements into clear documentation and actionable tasks for software engineers.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure alignment on project objectives, constraints, and user expectations.
- Develop and maintain functional specifications, use cases, flow diagrams, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates with clients and internal teams.
- Identify and help resolve project issues, blockers, and process gaps throughout the development lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and development teams to maintain smooth communication and collaboration.
- Gather post-launch feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for products and processes.

- General understanding of software development processes and workflows.
- Self-motivated and able to manage responsibilities in a remote work environment.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to support cross-functional teams effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or data visualization platforms.
- Interest in Agile software development environments and project coordination.
- Previous experience in customer-facing, operations, or technology-related roles is a plus
