Business Support Analyst – Virtual Assistant
Prosidian seeks a Business Support Analyst – Virtual Assistant to support daily business operations across multiple functional areas. The role combines administrative execution with marketing, research, and operational support in a fast-paced, remote environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, proactive, and capable of turning complex tasks into structured, high-quality deliverables while supporting business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive and administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Manage correspondence, emails, phone calls, and client/vendor follow-ups.
- Perform document formatting, data entry, record management, and digital filing.
- Conduct research and support business development activities, including opportunity tracking and pipeline updates.
- Assist in proposal development, pricing sheets, and preparation of business documents.
- Support financial operations such as expense tracking, payments, and reporting.
- Coordinate and manage social media accounts, newsletters, blog updates, and marketing campaigns.
- Create presentations, reports, and sales materials using PowerPoint and other tools.
- Assist in organizing meetings, transcribing notes, and preparing documentation.
- Maintain and update databases, records, and internal systems.
- Support procurement research, outreach, and partner coordination efforts.
- Perform general office and operational support tasks as required.
Operations, Business Development & Marketing Support
- Conduct market research, opportunity identification, and outreach aligned with company services.
- Manage contact lists, records, and communication pipelines.
- Assist with client proposals, sourcing documents, and pricing updates.
- Support networking, partnership coordination, and meeting scheduling.
- Create and manage content across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Prepare and distribute newsletters, emails, and marketing materials.
- Update and publish website and blog content using WordPress.
- Support thought leadership initiatives and consulting service promotions.
Technical & Administrative Support
- Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and databases for internal and external use.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data quality and consistency.
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat efficiently.
- Manage document conversions, formatting, and editing.
- Deliver high-quality client support and maintain professional communication standards.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Business Support Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and cloud-based tools.
