Customer Service Representative Specialist

A contractor role to leverage your customer service expertise in training large-scale language models. You’ll help evolve chatbots into advanced AI systems capable of global, personalized support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with AI models in realistic support scenarios (live chat, product troubleshooting, billing inquiries, etc.)
- Test and document failure modes across CRM systems, call center operations, support ticketing, and omnichannel communication
- Verify model responses for accuracy, professionalism, and appropriate tone calibration
- Capture reproducible error traces and provide actionable feedback to improve prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Required Skills & Experience:
- Deep expertise in customer communication, problem-solving, and conflict de-escalation
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, helpdesk tools, and support QA processes
- Familiarity with call center operations, ticketing systems, and omnichannel support
- Strong “show your work” communication style—clear, metacognitive explanations
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
Compensation & Contract Details:
- Pay rate: $6–$65 per hour (exact rate based on experience, expertise, and location)
- Contractor status: Must provide your own secure computer and high-speed internet
