🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models to solve business problems (e.g., churn prediction, LTV modeling, recommendation systems)
• Design research methodologies and select appropriate statistical/ML techniques
• Monitor and evaluate performance of existing models
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and traders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Apply probability theory and perform risk, liabilities, and probabilities calculations
• Translate business challenges into supervised and unsupervised learning problems

🔹 Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a data scientist, quantitative analyst, or similar role
• Degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or related field
• Strong understanding of:
• Statistical models: regression (linear/logistic), negative binomial, clustering, PCA
• ML models: random forests, SVMs, matrix factorization, deep learning
• Bayesian statistics, numerical methods, inferential statistics
• Proficiency in:
• Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, LightGBM)
• SQL and relational databases
• Proven ability to contribute to business growth and revenue impact through data science

• Experience with Apache Spark
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Prior exposure to the gaming or sports betting industry
