Key Responsibilities:

• Client and Project Management:
• Develop project scopes while balancing financial, resource, and technical considerations.
• Attend regular and specialty client meetings, including project kick-offs.
• Clarify and communicate objectives and success criteria to internal teams.
• Monitor and review team deliverables to ensure they are client-ready.
• Ensure tasks and project statuses are current in PM tools like Basecamp, JIRA, Asana, or Hubspot.
• Manage multiple client campaigns and serve as the central communication point.
• Respond to client communications within 2 hours.
• Handle project closeouts, including collecting final payments.
• Strategy & Execution:
• Lead internal strategy sessions for SEO, design, or development campaigns.
• Identify opportunities for upselling services based on client needs.
• Stay informed on digital marketing trends and their potential impact on client strategies.
• Process & Organization:
• Maintain thorough documentation of deliverables.
• Use strong organizational skills to juggle competing deadlines and priorities.
• Ensure timely and effective internal and external communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Working knowledge to pass a skills test in web development or digital marketing (SEO/PPC).
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts or digital projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of project management methodologies—risk management, resource allocation, team meetings.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Reliable remote setup (computer, internet, microphone/speakers, and power backup).
• Preferred Technical Skills (not required but advantageous):
  CMS familiarity (e.g., WordPress)
• E-commerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento)
• HTML/CSS, JavaScript, PHP
• Experience with photo/video editing tools
• Knowledge of Google Ads, SEO best practices
