The content developer owns the creation of clear, scalable training for internal teams, partners, and customers. You’ll turn complex Nue.io product workflows into easy-to-follow learning experiences, build structured learning paths and bite-size microlearning, and keep content current with each product release. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure accuracy, relevance, and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging enablement content (guides, videos, walkthroughs, ILT/VILT decks, help-center articles, microlearning).
- Translate complex software workflows into simple, step-by-step instructional materials.
- Build structured learning paths, certifications, and role-based curricula.
- Partner with subject-matter experts to gather inputs and validate technical accuracy.
- Align content with product releases; audit and refresh materials after updates.
- Measure effectiveness (adoption, completion, feedback) and iterate for impact.
- Maintain a clear content backlog, timelines, and documentation.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or Business, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with adult-learning and instructional design principles (e.g., ADDIE, microlearning).
- Strong writing, visual storytelling, and communication skills; able to make complex topics accessible.
- Experience supporting CPQ or Billing topics (or ability to research and ramp quickly).
- Understanding of SaaS sales cycles and revenue operations; comfort in high-growth startup environments.
- Highly organized self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and hit deadlines.
Tools you should be comfortable with (ideal)
- Authoring and LMS platforms (e.g., Articulate 360, Docebo or similar).
- Basic video editing/screen capture (e.g., Camtasia, Premiere) and simple HTML/CSS or Figma for visuals.
- Collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Notion/Confluence, Slack).
- Analytics from LMS or product usage to inform content iterations.
