You’ll build high-impact, user-facing web experiences by blending clean code with thoughtful design execution.
This role combines hands-on development with cross-functional collaboration: translating wireframes into responsive interfaces, shaping how products look and behave, and ensuring performance, usability, and scalability across both public-facing platforms and internal tools.
You’ll work across modern frameworks like React and Angular, contributing to evolving architectures while helping teams deliver intuitive, high-quality digital experiences in a fast-moving, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine user-facing features with strong focus on usability, responsiveness, and performance.
• Translate wireframes and design systems into clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Build reusable components aligned with project standards and long-term architecture.
• Ensure technical feasibility of designs while maintaining visual consistency and user experience quality.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and seamless interaction across devices.
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Support and improve internal tools and back-office interfaces for operational efficiency.
• Maintain data consistency and reliability across user interactions and systems.
• Contribute to ongoing website optimization, performance improvements, and best practices.

Ideal Candidate

• 3–5 years of experience building modern front-end applications.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React and/or Angular, and modern CSS (including Tailwind).
• Solid understanding of web development best practices, performance optimization, and scalable architecture.
• Familiar with asynchronous data handling, SPA/SSG concepts, and modern front-end workflows.
• Comfortable working with design tools like Figma and collaborating across teams.
• Proficient with version control systems such as GitHub.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical decisions clearly.
• Able to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of server-side CSS preprocessing and cross-browser compatibility solutions.
• Experience with UX-focused development and secure application practices.
