Performance Marketing Manager
The Performance Marketing Manager will lead multi-market user acquisition and ROI optimization through paid search campaigns. The role combines analytical precision with creative testing—driving growth through continuous experimentation, cross-team collaboration, and strategic campaign management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and Apple Search Ads.
- Manage all stages of campaigns — setup, targeting, keyword research, tracking, and performance analysis.
- Continuously test bidding strategies, audiences, creatives, and ad formats to improve CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Use insights from Google Ads, AppsFlyer, Looker, and GA4 to inform optimizations and scaling strategies.
- Partner with creative, analytics, and local marketing teams to localize and tailor campaigns for multiple regions.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to maintain best-in-class execution.
- Manage budgets, pacing, and performance forecasts.
- Document learnings and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and process improvements.
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, primarily Google Ads.
- Proven success managing multi-country campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in GA4, Looker (or similar BI tools), and Excel/Sheets.
- In-depth understanding of user acquisition funnels, attribution models, and performance metrics.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and effective in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Passionate about sports, digital marketing, and continuous learning.
Preferred (Bonus) Experience
- Familiarity with Bing Ads and Apple Search Ads.
- Background in sports betting, gaming, or fintech.
- Knowledge of automation tools, scripts, or bulk management workflows.
- Experience with localization and multi-market campaign adaptation.
- Exposure to multi-channel attribution and cross-platform measurement frameworks.
