Ecosystem Product Manager owns end-to-end partner and customer integrations (onboarding → launch → growth), coordinating with partners and internal engineering, product, and GTM teams. Work with the CTO and Head of Product to convert ecosystem feedback into clear priorities and roadmaps for blockchain teams. Ideal for a client-facing PM with strong technical communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end partner engagements (onboarding, milestones, launch), aligning roadmaps and identifying dependencies and risks.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for strategic partners and Orbit builders; guide GTM, evaluate opportunities, and unblock execution.
  • Support sales and customer onboarding by evangelizing Arbitrum technology and helping teams navigate protocol usage and best practices.
  • Continuously collect feedback from apps and chains building on the Arbitrum stack; convert insights into requirements, feature justifications, and prioritization for core, tooling, and developer experience.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure providers (RPC, bridges, wallets, SDKs) and application teams to prioritize services and tooling that benefit Orbit chains and Arbitrum apps.
  • Work closely with engineering to synthesize user feedback, market shifts, and technical constraints into a clear development plan.
  • Own issue escalation during integrations; partner with engineering to resolve technical challenges quickly and maintain a smooth developer experience.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Partnerships to craft narratives and messaging for launches and product updates.
  • Maintain accurate partner records, integration status, and reporting across internal systems.

Ideal Candidate

  • 3–5 years in product management or an adjacent technical role, ideally at a high-growth tech company or software startup.
  • Deep curiosity about blockchain; active user of on-chain applications with a solid grasp of ecosystem trends.
  • Proven experience gathering requirements, shaping joint product strategy, and delivering solutions with external partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to dive into technical details while balancing business priorities and timelines.
  • Ownership mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Degree in Computer Science and/or Economics, or equivalent hands-on experience contributing to software products.
