This is a senior leadership role responsible for leading a team of ~50 Creative Project Managers (CPMs) and Team Leads. The director will drive the evolution of Superside’s project management function, aligning people, processes, and tools to enable seamless execution, improve profitability, and elevate customer experience.

📌 Key Responsibilities

👥 Team Leadership

  • Inspire and lead a team of ~50 CPMs and team leads.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing performance management.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

⚙️ Operational Excellence

  • Refine and scale project management systems, ensuring delivery is efficient, high-quality, and repeatable.
  • Build lean, scalable workflows that support organizational growth.
  • Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks.

💡 Strategic Collaboration

  • Work closely with senior leadership to evolve project management in line with company goals.
  • Help shape the long-term vision of Superside’s delivery operations.

📈 Commercial Ownership

  • Oversee project profitability by managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget.

🚀 Client Experience & Innovation

  • Collaborate with Client Success teams to ensure consistent client satisfaction.
  • Use customer insights to refine delivery processes.

Champion new tools, methods, and technologies to drive innovation.

📊 Performance Tracking

  • Define and measure key performance metrics across the team.
  • Use data to drive decision-making, identify improvements, and report progress.

📚 Talent Development

  • Lead training and development programs that upskill project teams.
  • Keep team competencies aligned with evolving customer expectations and market needs.

  • Extensive experience managing large teams in creative, media, consulting, or high-growth environments.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling efficient operational systems.
  • Strong commercial and budget management skills.
  • Highly tech-savvy and open to automation and tool integration.
  • Client-centric mindset with a deep understanding of service delivery and customer expectations.
  • Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to performance optimization.
