 You’ll own end-to-end client outcomes across SEO and paid media. You’ll turn business goals into measurable growth—building strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams, and keeping delivery on time, on budget, and on brand. This is a remote, high-ownership role for a clear communicator who’s comfortable in front of clients and fluent in both marketing and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build long-term client relationships; serve as the day-to-day owner for health, value, and retention.
  • Translate objectives into success plans with KPIs, milestones, budgets, and governance; run status/quarterly reviews that drive decisions.
  • Develop and execute integrated SEO and PPC plans; align messaging, landing pages, and technical requirements.
  • Monitor performance (ROI, conversion rate, CTR, CVR) and recommend data-driven optimizations.
  • Orchestrate delivery across SEO, content, paid media, and development; assign work, track progress, and clear blockers.
  • Manage the SEO team workflow: tasking, follow-ups, QA, and on-time, in-budget delivery.
  • Review deliverables before handoff; ensure quality, accuracy, and client readiness.
  • Maintain clean systems of record (project tools, CRM); document decisions, risks, and next steps.
  • Mentor teammates, produce training/process docs, and improve ways of working.
  • Stay current on platform updates and best practices in marketing, SEO, and project management; introduce high-impact tools and tactics.

Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent client-facing communication; confident presenting on camera.
  • Experience in SEO and managing Google Ads accounts (Google Ads certification preferred).
  • Solid project management background: risk/issue management, work plans, resource allocation, effective meetings.
  • Comfortable with PM software (Basecamp, MS Project, Visio, Salesforce or similar).
  • Working understanding of web development; HTML/CSS/PHP familiarity is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and facilitation skills.
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail; meets strict deadlines.
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets skills (lookups; VBA a plus) for large data sets.
  • Leadership experience with teams of 3+ and WordPress/Magento exposure preferred.
  • Available 40 hrs/week, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. PST.
  • Reliable remote setup: fast computer with webcam/mic/speakers, stable internet and power.
