This is a remote-only strategic role for candidates outside the US. You’ll lead the planning, activation, optimization, and management of paid social campaigns across platforms (e.g., Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Twitter/X), working directly with clients and internal teams to deliver data-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

📊Strategic Media Activation

  • Plan and execute social campaigns across platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Optimize performance based on audience insights and client goals.
  • Apply test-and-learn methods to improve campaign impact and scale.
  • Maintain brand safety, fraud protection, and data transparency.
  • 🤝 Client Service
    Translate media objectives into actionable social campaigns.
  • Anticipate client needs, address concerns with data-driven insights.
  • Deliver clear campaign analysis and ongoing strategic recommendations.
  • Assist with auditing prospective clients’ social media efforts.

🔄 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Strategy, Planning, and Client Service teams.
  • Help optimize media across platforms and channels for a seamless consumer journey.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and collaborator across departments.

  • Contribute to shaping best practices in social media activation.
  • Adjust and implement innovative media strategies based on client needs.
  • Mentor junior staff and continuously develop expertise in emerging social technologies.

📌 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in strategic paid social media activation.
  • Proficient with multiple social media platforms and tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proven success in client management and making strategic recommendations.
  • Experience with commerce/e-commerce clients is essential.
  • Leadership qualities — able to mentor others and work collaboratively.
