They are hiring a Web & Graphic Designer to create responsive websites, branding materials, and digital assets. 🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Logo & Branding: Create unique logos, brand guidelines, and full design systems from scratch.
• Web & UI Design: Design wireframes and mockups for websites (especially e-commerce) and web apps.
• Illustration: Produce vector icons and custom illustrations.
• Client Collaboration: Join client meetings and help strategise design solutions aligned with business goals.
• Cross-Team Work: Partner with developers, SEO experts, copywriters, and project managers to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Design Handoff: Prepare clean, well-organised files for developer implementation.
• Project Delivery: Complete projects on schedule while maintaining quality and applying CT’s design methodology.

🔹 Required Qualifications

• Design Tools: Proficiency in photo/video editing tools and Adobe software (especially After Effects or Premiere Pro).
• Web Knowledge: Understanding of HTML/CSS capabilities (preferred).
• Portfolio: Strong examples of web design, especially e-commerce sites and web dashboards.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Strong under pressure and tight deadlines
• Experience presenting to clients
• Work Setup:
• Available Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm PST
