Web Designer
Wing is in need of a web designer who combines clean visual design with hands-on web implementation. You’ll design and build website pages, landing pages, and marketing assets that power acquisition and sales enablement. Partnering with Marketing and Sales, you’ll turn messaging into high-performing, on-brand experiences across web, paid campaigns, decks, outbound, and email. This is an individual-contributor role with a high output cadence.
Responsibilities
Web & Landing Pages
- Design and build new pages in WordPress, Webflow, and/or Framer; improve existing pages for clarity, hierarchy, and conversion.
- Translate messaging and value props into conversion-focused layouts; ensure responsive, mobile-first execution.
- Evolve and maintain the web design system with the Senior Web Designer.
Sales Enablement & Brand
- Create sales collateral (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, brochures).
- Produce campaign assets for outbound, email nurtures, and LinkedIn.
- Develop brand consistent graphics, icons, banners, and visual patterns.
Performance & Iteration
- Use analytics (scroll depth, session replays, heatmaps, CRO tests) to inform redesigns.
- Ship testing-oriented improvements aimed at measurable conversion uplift.
- Ensure output is polished, stable, performant, and visually consistent.
Requirements
- 2–5 years in web design + web implementation.
- Portfolio showing clean UI, spacing, hierarchy, typography and real shipped pages (not just Dribbble/Behance concepts).
- Conversion-minded approach for marketing sites and landing pages.
- Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, systems) and modern site builders (Webflow, WordPress block editors, Framer).
- Comfortable editing HTML/CSS when needed.
- Solid UX fundamentals: spacing, rhythm, contrast, CTA placement, narrative flow.
- Collaborative, feedback-friendly, and able to iterate quickly.
Preferred/Bonus
- Experience in B2B SaaS, agency, or services growth environments.
- CRO/analytics tools (Hotjar, GA4, A/B testing platforms).
- Animation/micro-interactions (Webflow Interactions, Framer Motion).
- Basic SEO & accessibility awareness (semantic structure, performance).
- Experience supporting Sales/SDRs or Customer Success.
Compensation
- $1,500–$2,000 USD per month.
Actual pay depends on location, transferable skills, relevant experience, training, business needs, and market factors.
