You’ll use B12’s AI-assisted Design Suite to build polished web experiences based on customer briefs and content, working closely with the Customer Success and Design teams.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Interpret customer briefs and content to design custom websites using our WYSIWYG editor + HTML/CSS overrides
• Build initial websites from AI-generated drafts in ~4 hours
• Make enhancement requests and creative refinements to existing sites
• Collaborate across teams, receive and give design feedback
• Help improve the Design Suite and our open-source tool, Orchestra

✅Requirements:

• Have 3–5 years of web design experience (desktop + mobile)
• Have 1–2 years of HTML/CSS experience
• Can commit 10–20 hours per week
• Are detail-oriented, responsive to feedback, and love refining designs
• Can juggle multiple projects and switch between them seamlessly
• Are excited to learn new tools and shape the future of remote work
• Communicate well in written English
