As a Web Designer at Coalition Technologies, you’ll transform client visions into stunning, functional, and user-friendly digital experiences. You’ll create responsive designs, craft brand identities, and collaborate across teams to ensure every project meets both aesthetic and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design logos, brand guides, and design systems from concept to completion.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for websites and dashboards (desktop & mobile).
• Develop vector icons and custom illustrations tailored to each client.
• Attend client meetings to align creative direction with business objectives.
• Collaborate with copywriters, SEO specialists, developers, and producers to balance visual appeal with usability and performance.
• Prepare and hand off organized design files for development.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and to CT’s quality standards.

Ideal Candidate

• Proficient in video/photo editing tools (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals, branding, and UX principles.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS to design within realistic development constraints (preferred).
• Excellent portfolio showcasing web design and e-commerce experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work full-time (9am–6pm PST) and perform under tight deadlines.
• Organized, self-driven, and eager to learn and grow within the design industry.
• Experience with Basecamp and Google Workspace (preferred).
• Reliable workstation, high-speed internet, and stable power setup.
