Requirements

• Strong expertise in frontend or backend development (with skills tests required).
• Experience in responsive design (HTML5, CSS3, media queries) and proficiency in design/editing tools.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Basecamp, Salesforce).
• Solid understanding of usability, web standards, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, anticipate issues, and lead teams (preferred).
• Proficiency in JavaScript & PHP (preferred).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Reliable remote workstation setup.
• Availability for full-time work (40 hrs/week, PST timezone).

Duties & Responsibilities

• Define and review project scopes, costs, risks, and resource needs.
• Create and execute work plans (wireframes, sitemaps, scopes of work).
• Lead and communicate objectives to design and development teams.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and documentation.
• Collaborate with SEO, developers, and account managers to meet client goals.
• Attend client meetings, manage risks, and support QA/testing.
• Stay informed on industry trends to shape client solutions.
