A few days ago, I opened Spotify and was surprised to see a review of all my activity for the year. Other platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Apple Music offer similar recaps, called “wrapped.”
But what was even more surprising was how many people proudly shared theirs online, as if spending the most hours listening or scrolling deserved an award.

The thing is: these “wraps” are not just fun stats. They are an accurate reflection of the things that caught our attention, the way our hours were spent, and above all… our habits.
If time were currency, would you trade that much of it on the same things or would you invest in things that add value to your life? The question doesn’t mean much until you realize that time is, in fact, money.
