AI Enablement and Project Specialist
As an AI Enablement and Project Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in helping integrate AI into the workflows of creative teams and project managers. Working closely with the AI Enablement and Transformation Manager, as well as the Creative AI Enablement Senior Manager, you’ll ensure that teams are well-equipped to use AI tools effectively in their daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the development and delivery of AI bootcamps and other upskilling initiatives, providing hands-on guidance and content creation.
• Assist in creating engaging, user-friendly learning materials that simplify complex AI concepts for creative teams.
• Facilitate and co-lead workshops and coaching sessions to help creatives integrate AI into their work processes seamlessly.
• Collaborate with team members to adapt quickly to changing needs and contribute flexibly across various Learning, Enablement, and Transformation projects.
Ideal Candidate
• Experience in project management or operational coordination in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Practical experience applying AI tools in project management and creative workflows.
• Ability to create clear, actionable learning content and facilitate live training sessions.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills, with great attention to detail.
• Collaborative, adaptable mindset and comfort working in a hybrid role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
