Soundsnap is looking for a Creative Video Editor to work on a series of short promotional videos. This role is an independent contractor position, ideal for someone who can handle both the creative process and the technical aspects of video editing.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and storyboard ideas for a series of 5 promotional videos.
• Source intriguing stock footage that fits the subject matter of each video.
• Collaborate with the sound editor to incorporate the background soundtrack.
• Integrate motion graphics components into the video workflow.
• Edit and composite the video using software like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci, Smoke, etc.
• Accept feedback and make revisions on a time-sensitive schedule.

✅ Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in video editing with high-quality production.
• Proficiency with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci, Smoke, etc.).
• Strong creative skills in brainstorming, storyboarding, and conceptualizing videos.
• Experience with motion graphics and sound integration.
• Ability to handle feedback and revisions quickly.
• A portfolio or demo reel showcasing your video editing and creative work (please submit links, not files).
