Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring lead and contact information remains accurate and organized.
  • Support sales teams by processing lead updates and coordinating CRM-related activities.
  • Set up, schedule, and manage email campaigns, including event communications and nurture sequences.
  • Assist with campaign audience segmentation and list preparation to support targeted marketing efforts.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic CRM and email marketing reports.
  • Maintain CRM workflows, processes, and supporting documentation to ensure operational consistency.
  • Perform regular data quality checks and help improve CRM data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support campaign execution and customer engagement initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in CRM administration, sales operations, marketing support, or related roles.
  • Familiarity with Freshworks or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of lead management, contact databases, and CRM best practices.
  • Experience supporting email campaigns, audience segmentation, and campaign scheduling.
  • Comfortable working with CRM data, performance metrics, and reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across sales and marketing teams.
