🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage a strategic book of ~20 enterprise clients
- Lead onboarding & day-to-day support, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention
- Develop ElevenLabs’ scalable Customer Success playbook
- Monitor customer health, track product usage, and drive product adoption
- Identify expansion opportunities, and enhance overall customer experience
- Be the voice of the customer across internal product and growth teams
- Own KPIs, satisfaction scores, and usage metrics
✅ Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in Customer Success
- Strong customer-centric and scalability mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with C-level stakeholders
- Tech-savvy and analytical—able to address issues, interpret data, and drive solutions
- A product-driven mindset with an eye for customer needs and usability
