Data Analyst
You’ll help build and deliver analytics that improve how healthcare works at scale. Working on a collaborative Analytics team, you’ll analyze large healthcare datasets and create dashboards in Arcadia Vista (AWS QuickSight) that help payer and provider partners understand utilization, cost, quality, and risk. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into clear stories, learning fast, and owning dashboards end-to-end as skills grow.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze client revenue/claims/utilization-style data and translate findings into clear insights for customers and internal teams.
• Build and iterate dashboards and scorecards in Arcadia Vista (QuickSight), ensuring accuracy, usability, and stakeholder clarity.
• Prepare, clean, and visualize tens of millions of healthcare records using SQL and BI tooling.
• Partner with customers and cross-functional teams (Product, Customer Insights, Growth, Implementation) to define dashboard requirements and success metrics.
• Balance multiple reporting projects at once; communicate progress, risks, and next steps clearly.
• Support customer success in value-based care through deep-dive analysis and ongoing reporting improvements.
Ideal Candidate
• 1–2 years in a customer-facing BI/analytics role combining analysis, visualization, and presentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or quantitative field.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating relational databases.
• Experience with a BI tool such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Curious, eager to learn, and comfortable solving ambiguous problems with structure and creativity.
• Detail-oriented with a desire to continuously improve dashboards, analysis quality, and processes.
Nice to Have
• Experience communicating insights through strong visual design and clear storytelling.
• Healthcare analytics experience (value-based care exposure is a plus).
• AWS familiarity, especially QuickSight and Redshift.
• Advanced SQL and/or deeper data visualization expertise.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience using AI tools to improve analytics quality and speed up workflows.

Compensation
$70,000 – $90,000 per year.
