You’ll be the creative engine producing high-impact video and graphic assets for ecommerce websites and ad campaigns. Your work will directly influence click-through rates, conversions, and overall ROI, while maintaining cohesive branding across all platforms.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation
  • Produce short & long-form videos and graphics for ecommerce sites and social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube).
  • Design ad creatives: product images, category banners, homepage visuals, video ads, and motion graphics.
  • Creative Strategy
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
  • Apply storytelling techniques to boost engagement and sales.
  • Optimize creative for platform-specific performance (CTR, conversions).
  • Collaboration & Feedback
  • Work closely with marketing and creative teams in daily meetings.
  • Implement feedback and revisions to improve performance.
  • Market Awareness
  • Stay updated on design/video trends, ecommerce strategies, and algorithms.
  • Research customer preferences and competitor designs.

✅ Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–3+ years in video editing & graphic design (digital marketing or ecommerce preferred).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom)
  • Illustrator & HTML (bonus)
  • Motion & text-based animation
  • Design Knowledge: Typography, layout, branding, storytelling.
  • Performance Focus: Able to optimize assets for views, CTR, conversions.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, adaptability, and time management.
  • Work Hours: UK BST 9am–5pm; 2 days may shift for US client hours.
