You’ll support critical financial operations by combining analytical thinking with hands-on execution across payments, reconciliations, and card processes.
This role blends operational expertise with cross-functional collaboration: ensuring smooth transaction flows, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting internal systems that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve payment-related issues, ensuring smooth execution of customer and vendor transactions.
• Perform reconciliations of financial data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity of company records.
• Monitor card transaction processes, including authorizations, settlements, disputes, and fraud cases.
• Support back-office operations, ensuring timely completion of operational tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance and Customer Support to resolve issues efficiently.
• Contribute to projects and ad hoc tasks with a flexible and proactive approach.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
• Strengthen internal controls by proposing and documenting process enhancements aligned with industry standards.

Ideal Candidate

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, preferably within banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Background in payments, reconciliations, or card operations is highly valuable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Proficient in Excel or database tools with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
• Interest in fintech, banking systems, or cryptocurrency ecosystems.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar collaboration platforms.
• Experience with core banking systems (e.g., Finastra) or payment networks (Visa, Mastercard).
• Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams.
