The Project Manager will partner with the Global TA Lead to build a scalable, insight-led Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Talent Acquisition. This role blends strategy, process design, data analytics, and change management to enhance efficiency, consistency, and excellence in recruitment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Build infrastructure.
• Optimize recruitment workflows: Map, document, and refine end-to-end hiring processes for efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Data & dashboards: Create and maintain reporting systems that track hiring performance, funnel health, and forecasts.
• Market insights: Conduct talent mapping, benchmarking, and competitor analysis to inform strategic TA decisions.
• Employer branding: Collaborate on initiatives to strengthen Sporty’s global talent brand.
• AI & automation: Champion the adoption of AI-powered tools to improve accuracy, speed, and candidate experience.
• Operational excellence: Roll out best practices, and frameworks to ensure consistent delivery across TA teams.
• Change enablement: Support communication, engagement, and adoption of new tools, processes, and data-led practices.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in Project Management within fast-growing global organizations.
• Skilled in data analysis and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated success in delivering change or transformation projects with measurable business impact.
• Deep understanding of recruitment processes, metrics.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and data visualization tools (Miro, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Experienced with AI-driven recruiting technology to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and excited to help shape new systems and processes from the ground up.
