As a Social Media Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute social media strategies that increase brand visibility, engagement, and customer interaction. You’ll create content, monitor platforms, analyse metrics, and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless execution of social media initiatives.

📌 Key Responsibilities

🧑‍💻 Social Media Strategy & Content Creation

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and schedule engaging content across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn).
  • Ensure consistent brand voice across social media accounts.

💬 Customer Engagement & Community Management

  • Monitor social media channels for customer enquiries, comments, and feedback.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.

📊 Analytics & Optimization

  • Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and platform best practices.
  • Analyse performance metrics, generate reports, and adjust strategies accordingly to improve engagement and growth.

🤝 Collaboration & Coordination

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Work with graphic designers and content creators to develop high-quality, visual and written content.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven work experience in a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience in content creation, with the ability to produce engaging, original content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively with a team.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual design.
  • Experience in data analysis and drawing actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO principles.
  • Experience with community management and engaging with followers.

  • Internet Connection: Minimum 15 Mbps primary connection; backup with 10 Mbps.
  • Primary Device: Desktop or laptop with at least Intel Core i5 (8th gen or newer) or equivalent; 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup Device: Equivalent to or better than Intel Core i3.
  • Peripherals:
