About Me

Christopher Onwukwe is an Abuja-based Nigerian finance professional, financial reporting specialist, corporate compliance consultant, and digital accounting systems strategist. He specializes in helping organizations build efficient financial structures, strengthen compliance frameworks, and leverage technology to improve financial decision-making.

He currently serves as the Head of Finance at Besitz Group, where he oversees both Abuja HQ and Portharcourt branch financial operations, reporting architecture, budgeting processes, and strategic financial management for a leading real estate development and management organization in Abuja. His role focuses on transforming financial data into actionable insights that support business growth, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

Christopher is the Founder of Apex Claron Ltd, a financial consulting firm focused on corporate financial advisory, business structuring, tax compliance solutions, and implementation of digital accounting systems that help businesses achieve stronger financial control, improved reporting accuracy, and sustainable growth.

He is a graduate of Accounting from the University of Abuja, where he demonstrated strong academic excellence, graduating with a CGPA of 4.48/5.00. During his academic journey, he contributed to student development through peer mentorship initiatives, academic tutorials, and professional development support.

Christopher is a certified Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA®) and is currently at the Professional Level of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) ACA certification journey. His expertise spans financial modeling, business valuation, forecasting, investment analysis, management reporting, corporate finance strategy, and financial system development.

Through the Accounting Software Hub, Christopher has trained and empowered accountants, finance professionals, and entrepreneurs across Africa with practical digital accounting skills. His training expertise extends beyond QuickBooks to include enterprise and cloud-based accounting solutions such as Odoo ERP, Sage, Zoho Books etc. With a vision of equipping over 10,000 finance professionals across Africa, Christopher continues to promote digital transformation in finance through professional training, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
