You’ll execute our content strategy end-to-end—turning briefs into high-quality blogs, emails, social ads, and web copy that support business goals. Working under the Head of Content, you’ll run the content pipeline from request intake and ideation through production, publishing, and distribution, keeping stakeholders aligned and delivery consistent. This is a foundational role with clear growth opportunities within the content marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, compelling, on-brand content across formats: blog posts, articles, landing pages, emails/newsletters, social posts, and paid social copy.
• Manage the content pipeline across business units—intake requests, shape briefs, create drafts, and move work through review to publication.
• Support multimedia content by drafting scripts/outlines and adapting messaging for video/audio formats.
• Repurpose high-performing content into new formats to extend reach across channels.
• Perform light video edits (trim clips, add captions/text overlays, simple cuts) for social and web distribution.
• Upload, format, and publish content in the CMS; ensure layouts, links, metadata, and tags are correct.
• Source or create simple visuals that complement written content and improve clarity/engagement.
• Proofread and edit content from other contributors to maintain quality, consistency, and brand voice.
• Conduct content research: keyword research, SEO/AEO support, and competitor/market analysis.
• Maintain the content calendar and organize the content library so assets are searchable and reusable.
• Partner with teams across the business (Product, CCG, Security, Investments, etc.) to gather inputs and deliver accurate, useful content.
• Track and report content performance (web/blog/email/social) and use insights to optimize future content.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with high attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Comfortable managing multiple content requests and deadlines while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Solid understanding of SEO and AEO fundamentals and how content supports discovery and conversion.
• Quick to learn brand voice and adapt tone across formats (editorial, product, performance).
• Independent operator who takes ownership from brief to publish and follows through reliably.
• Familiar with CMS workflows (Contentful or similar); comfortable formatting and publishing content.
• Collaborative, feedback-friendly, and eager to continuously improve content quality and process.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional writing experience in a marketing/communications/editorial role within the crypto industry.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates storytelling, clarity, and conversion-aware copywriting.
