Creative Content Design
You’ll create high-impact design across branding, landing pages, ads, social creative, print, and presentations—using Generative AI thoughtfully to move faster without losing craft. This role blends hands-on execution with creative leadership: you’ll translate client goals into clear visual solutions, keep work consistent with brand systems, and help teams evolve how AI supports modern creative production in a remote, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and refine decks, social creative, and digital assets with strong visual quality and quick turnaround.
• Use Generative AI tools to speed ideation, explore directions, and streamline production workflows.
• Ensure AI-assisted outputs meet brand guidelines, tone, accessibility standards, and visual systems.
• Guide creative direction across multiple projects so work stays aligned with strategy and purpose.
• Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams; communicate clearly, calmly, and solutions-first.
• Connect design decisions to business outcomes; balance creativity with practical results.
• Use performance insights and feedback to improve storytelling and iterate on creative concepts.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver cohesive creative across channels and touchpoints.
• Coach and support other designers through clear, empathetic feedback and guidance.
• Help sustain a healthy, inclusive team culture that values collaboration, ownership, and growth.
Ideal Candidate
• 3–5 years of experience delivering strong multidisciplinary design work.
• Portfolio showing excellence across branding, advertising, and presentations, including AI-enhanced examples.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation tools.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of an intentional creative workflow (not as a shortcut for quality).
• Strong written and spoken English; able to explain ideas clearly and respectfully.
• Confident managing multiple projects while protecting quality, consistency, and deadlines.
• Skilled in giving and receiving feedback with emotional intelligence and professionalism.
• Collaborative, customer-aware, and steady under pressure.
