You’ll own the analytics backbone for our Client Coverage Group—turning revenue, usage, and interaction data into clear strategy. You’ll build self-serve Looker dashboards, standardize KPIs, and ship reliable data pipelines so leaders and Relationship Managers can act fast. Expect a mix of deep-dive analysis, recurring exec reporting, and ad-hoc questions in a fast-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate client behavior (revenue, adoption, interactions, escalations) into insights that drive growth and retention.
• Define, maintain, and evolve KPI suites and recurring reports for leadership and frontline teams.
• Partner with the Global Head of Relationship Management on strategy, OKRs, campaigns, and market analysis.
• Design, build, and maintain Looker dashboards for self-service analytics across RM and Success teams.
• Author and own end-to-end data pipelines; ensure accuracy, lineage, and a single source of truth.
• Build reporting frameworks that inform resourcing and team efficiency decisions.
• Automate analyses and signals (e.g., cross-sell, churn risk) using SQL/Python and basic predictive tooling.
• Work cross-functionally (Coverage, Success, Product, Data) to align targets and deliver shared outcomes.

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years in a dedicated analytics role.
• Advanced SQL; BigQuery experience strongly preferred.
• Solid data modeling fundamentals (star/snowflake, normalization, semantic layers).
• Python for analysis/automation (pandas, notebooks, scheduling basics).
• Clear communicator who can explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized; comfortable juggling multiple projects with tight attention to detail.
• Looker (developer/modeling) experience is a strong plus.
• Bonus: GCP tools (BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Vertex AI) and ELT/ETL best practices.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
