Executive Assistant
You’ll serve as the operational backbone for senior leadership, ensuring priorities stay on track while creating structure, efficiency, and clarity in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling priorities, and meeting coordination across multiple time zones and global locations.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to senior leadership, ensuring focus remains on strategic priorities and business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
- Work closely with other Executive Assistants to align schedules, share critical context, and support cross-functional initiatives.
- Anticipate leadership needs by proactively managing follow-ups, identifying conflicts, and ensuring timely execution of action items.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and scheduling for domestic and international activities.

- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency through AI tools and productivity platforms.
