Graphic Designer
You’ll create high-impact packaging design and visual assets for Magic: The Gathering, turning creative concepts into polished, print-ready solutions.
This role blends hands-on execution with creative collaboration: translating strategy into compelling packaging systems, refining brand expression, and delivering work that meets both creative and production standards.
You’ll contribute across the full design lifecycle—from early ideation and concept development to final production—working closely with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-moving, evolving creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop packaging concepts and related assets from initial ideas to final print-ready files.
• Build multiple creative directions based on provided strategy while pushing the brand forward through innovation.
• Translate feedback into refined, high-quality design solutions that align with creative vision and product goals.
• Communicate ideas clearly through presentations, discussions, and written explanations.
• Collaborate closely with art directors, designers, and product teams to deliver cohesive creative outcomes.
• Apply industry-standard design practices, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and production readiness.
• Stay current with design trends and continuously evolve creative skills through collaboration and feedback.
• Contribute to a team-first environment, actively brainstorming and developing ideas with peers.
Ideal Candidate
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, art direction, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work, particularly in packaging or print.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Experience creating clean, print-ready files with knowledge of print production and structural packaging.
• Strong typography skills and a passion for crafting unique, customized visual identities.
• Ability to translate brand strategy into effective, on-brief creative solutions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with cross-functional teams.
• Clear communicator with strong presentation and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
• Interest in gaming, sci-fi, or fantasy culture is a strong advantage.

• This is a temporary assignment through an external staffing agency.
• Employment type: Contingent worker.

• Duration: Up to 12 months.
• Compensation: $38.55 – $46.78 per hour (USD).
